Positions start in May and last until September/October. Holidays and Weekends are required.
Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner.
Available positions are; Store Clerk, Reservations Clerk, Restaurant Staff (cooks, cashiers), Gate Attendant, Youth Recreation Staff, Rental Booth attendant, Arcade Room attendant, Comfort Station Cleaners (shower/bathroom attendants), Cabin Cleaners, Maintenance staff, Grounds Crew, and Lifeguards.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Position Overview:
To provide strong technical guidance and leadership to the staff of maintenance personnel. Ensuring employee training, preventive maintenance, repair, facilities maintenance, vehicle maintenance, environmental and building security issues tyo be addressed on a timely and proactive basis. Will work with other Operations Manager to put together a maintenance budget, schedule vendors who come on-site to do specialized work, and evaluate potential new equipment or supplies for all facilities within the camp-resort. Required to be a working manager during the season of up to 40+ hours per week. Attention to details is mandatory.
Essential Job Functions
To ensure that the maintenance staff is performing all functions related to their job descriptions. Make sure that all schedules and time cards are turned in and accurate to the LMOA Operations Manager. Requiring skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, and landscaping. Provides support for any projects needed by other managers, board of directors and the ability to work with committee chairpersons as they relate to the maintenance department. The ability to provide disciplinary action if necessary for staff under his/her command. To ensure safety compliance and resolution to ensure a positive camping experience.
